Founder and Executive Partner
Founder of Swan Effect Partners and a seasoned executive assistant and operations partner with over 15 years of experience supporting senior leaders in corporate, financial, and nonprofit sectors.
Her career includes serving as an Assistant Vice President and Regional Operations
Manager, where she led cross-functional teams, managed complex financial operations, and implemented systems that improved performance, compliance, and efficiency.
Candace is known for her steady presence and proactive mindset—bringing structure,
calm, and clarity to high-pressure environments. She’s certified in executive administrative support and is currently completing a bookkeeping certification (2025). Fluent in tools such as Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Notion, Asana, Dubsado, Slack, Trello, and ClickUp, and offers a systems-savvy approach that supports scaling businesses without burnout.
Outside of operations, she runs a successful candid photography business and serves on
multiple nonprofit boards, reflecting her heart for excellence, service, and relational
leadership.
